“Born and raised in Southern Italy, coffee has been flowing in my veins since a young age. 

I left my hometown very young, and at 19 I moved to London to pursue my dream of becoming a talented chef.  Life, however, had other plans in store for me. In London, I discovered firstly coffee as a profession, then I dug deeper into the rabbit hole and started to learn about specialty coffee. 

To this day I have been in the industry for several years, worked in some amazing cafes and covered several roles, from simple barista to head of coffee. 

The passion and the curiosity for this uniquely incredible product are the two pillars that have shaped my life in recent years; I can proudly say that coffee has saved my life in several occasions and I feel that I need to give something back to the gods of coffee. 

Joining Sucafina was a big step forward in my career, now I get to see more of what is behind the scenes and what could be done to improve and do better. I would like to leave an impact, a legacy of good practices and broader understandings of this awesomely tasty brown liquid.”
