Anička Marková

Anička started in coffee as barista. She has always admired the vibe of coffee places, but her passion and eagerness to get all answers for her many questions took her to learn from new opportunities on coffee farms in Colombia, Ecuador and Indonesia. The more she learns about the coffee industry and supply chain, the more questions she has, which gives her the feeling that this coffee journey we are all on will never end!

One of the reasons why Anička wanted to join Sucafina Speciality was to share the knowledge she's been lucky to gain over the years with coffee farmers, baristas and roasters and to give more chances to people throughout the industry to source excellent quality coffees from all over the world, along with the story of all the hard work behind them!
