Max Veglio

Max joined Sucafina in 2015. Since 2022 he is both Managing Director of Sucafina NV, headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium which trades specialty green coffee to clients in the Europe and Middle East and also Managing Director of Sucafina UK, headquartered in London, UK which trades green and soluble coffee to clients based in the UK. Since joining Sucafina, Max has spent 2 years on Sucafina’s derivatives desk in Geneva and 5 years as Managing Director of RWACOF Exports Limited, Sucafina SA’s sister entity headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda which purchases, processes and exports Rwandan coffee. In 2020, RWACOF was named Rwanda’s Exporter of the Year by Rwanda Revenue Authority. He is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath, UK. Max successfully completed a 3-year internal development program designed to create a pathway for eligible employees to take on senior management roles (called the Spark Program).
